Blessing at Lent - When my relationship with God is not straightforward for me, I am blessed to search more deeply for him. When my attempts to pray seem dry and sterile, I am blessed to share the struggle that many of the greatest saints knew. When I can give hope to others who struggle because I can empathise, I am blessed.
Remember Vocations in your Lenten Devotions
March 16—Second Sunday of Lent: Jesus Christ, who during his earthly life called many to consecrated life, is still doing so in today's world .... Knowing the Church's needs, he continues to extend the invitation, "Follow me," especially to young people. Let us pray that those whom he invites will accept the call.
Laudato Si’ - On Care for our Common Home – From the beginning of the world, but particularly through the incarnation, the mystery of Christ is at work in a hidden manner in the natural world as a whole, without thereby impinging on its autonomy. (#99)
