Free Coffee Morning - Happy New Year!

- The loss of jobs also has a negative impact on the economy “through the progressive erosion of social capital: the network of relationships of trust, dependability, and respect for rules, all of which are indispensable for any form of civil coexistence”.
- In other words, “human costs always include economic costs, and economic dysfunctions always involve human costs”.
- To stop investing in people, in order to gain greater short-term financial gain, is bad business for society. (#128)

- The 2026 edition of the Western Catholic Calendar is now on sale in the Piety Stall, priced £3.50.
- JANUARY SALE. ALL CHRISTMAS STOCK has been reduced to 50p - pick up a bargain from the basket on the counter whilst stocks last!
- Thank you We would like to convey our sincere thanks to everyone who has purchased from the Piety Stall and to those who assisted us by serving at the counter after Mass throughout 2025. Christmas Gifts- massive thank you to all who donated gifts and items for the homeless and others struggling at Christmas. These were delivered to two centres who pass on their grateful thanks.
The Church is open until 5p.m. Monday to Saturday. Call in and enjoy the peace and quiet and take time to sit in the stillness in the silence of God.
Tea is served in the hut after daily Mass/Services Monday to Thursday. All most welcome.
