• Confessions before Mass from 9.10a.m. to 9.40a.m.
• If you wish to speak to Fr. Michael on Sunday mornings, it would be good to do this after Confessions have finished.
• Saturday mornings Holy Hour from 10a.m.-11a.m. This usually takes place every Saturday and you are welcome to pop in for whatever amount of time you can give.
• Eucharistic Service – Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 10am.

The Annual Mass during the Celtic Connections Festival will take place on Sunday January 25th in St Aloysius, Garnethill at 4.00pm.
 
URGENT - We Need Volunteers to help deliver Children’s Liturgy! To keep this program running, we are looking for enthusiastic helpers.

• No experience needed: We provide all resources and lesson plans.
• Safety First: We will guide you through the PVG (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) process.
• Impact: Help shape the faith journey of our parish children.

Lunch Club

• The next meeting of the lunch club is this Thursday, 22nd January 12.30-2.30p.m. in the Upper Hall.
• As always everyone is very welcome. Come along bring a friend, a neighbour, a family member and enjoy lunch “in a warm friendly environment".

 
The Unity Lunch, organised by the Association of Bearsden Churches:

• New Kilpatrick Church Hall at 12 noon.
• The theme this year is ‘Christians against poverty’
• Cost £10, includes a light lunch.

Laudato Si’ - On Care for our Common Home –
In order to continue providing employment, it is imperative to promote an economy which favours productive diversity and business creativity. For example, there is a great variety of small-scale food production systems which feed the greater part of the world’s peoples, using a modest amount of land and producing less waste, be it in small agricultural parcels, in orchards and gardens, hunting and wild harvesting or local fishing. (#129)
 
World Week of Prayer for Christian Unity, 18 - 25 January.  

• We pray this week for unity among the followers of Christ. St Paul’s epistles stress the importance of unity within the Church.  
• Ephesians 4:4 summarises his teachings, emphasising here that the followers of Christ represent ‘one body and one Spirit’, united in a single hope.

Before receiving Holy Communion, we are asked to make some act of reverence such as a bow.

• If you would like to join on a regular basis or make a 'one-off' payment, there is a form in the sacristy to fill in or speak to Fr Michael for more details.

JANUARY SALE. ALL CHRISTMAS STOCK has been reduced to 50p - pick up a bargain from the basket on the counter whilst stocks last!
 
The Church is open until 5p.m. Monday to Saturday. Call in and enjoy the peace and quiet and take time to sit in the stillness in the silence of God.

Tea is served in the hut after daily Mass/Services Monday to Thursday. All most welcome.

• Are looking exclusively for boy’s/men’s jackets, jeans and trainers as these are in high demand just now.
