Update re ABC Carol Singing at ASDA on Saturday 14 December: First of all, many thanks to the three members of St Andrew’s Church who gave up their time to sing carols at ASDA. We were joined by members from Boclair Community Church and New Kilpatrick Parish Church. £445.34 was collected which has been split equally between Drumchapel Foodbank and Women’s Aid in Bearsden/Milngavie.

The Archbishop will celebrate the 12 Noon Mass in the Cathedral today, Sunday 29th December, the Feast of the Holy Family, to mark the local opening of the Jubilee year. A new Jubilee Cross has been commissioned which will be blessed during the Mass and will hang on the back wall of the sanctuary for the duration of the Holy Year.
Second Collection There will be a Second Collection next weekend, 4th/5th January for Justice & Peace. There is a letter in the porch on Justice & Peace for anyone who wishes to read it.
Plate Collections. Starting in January, we hope to print what you hand into the plate for the church.

Children's Liturgy ~ We are looking for more volunteers to help with running the Children's Liturgy.
