Laudato Si’ - On Care for our Common Home - The Christian tradition has never recognised the right to private property as absolute or inviolable, and has stressed the social purpose of all forms of private property. Saint John Paul II forcefully reaffirmed this teaching, stating that “God gave the earth to the whole human race for the sustenance of all its members, without excluding or favouring anyone”. (#93)

❤️A Heartfelt Thank You from the Wayside Club❤️
“We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to St Andrews wonderful parishioners who generously supported the Wayside Club patrons again this year. Your kindness, as always, has made a real difference.
A special thank you to those who arranged and delivered the Christmas presents, bringing so much joy to our patrons.
We were blessed to have the Archbishop join us for our Christmas meal on Friday evening. He not only handed out gifts but also spent time chatting with everyone and stayed to share a meal. We are deeply grateful to him and the clergy for their ongoing generosity and support.
Our patrons were truly delighted by his presence, which made the evening even more special.
Many thanks to everyone for their continued support. The Wayside Club wishes you all a healthy and prosperous New Year. Please keep us in your prayers.”
