2. Group Reports
Parish reports were discussed and noted as really good to see how active our various groups are and what they add to the Parish life.
3. PPC Membership
No approaches made to Father Michael following appeal made in September for new members.
Touched on remit of PPC and how the group can be used.
Action – Veronica to reissue constitution as a reminder.

2. Group Reports
Parish reports were discussed and noted as really good to see how active our various groups are and what they add to the Parish life.
- Liturgy – Discussed suggestion on how to seek new volunteers for any Parish groups who requires additional more help or input. Agreed will undertake this in Spring.
- Festive Mass times: Confirmed time of Mass on New Years Day will be 10am rather than 1030 as printed in Reachout in error.
- J&P – noted very consistently active joint Parish group. It was noted as most unfortunate,progress made with assisted dying bill.
- Messengers – similar with our valuable longstanding parish messenger system and word is spreading to Archdiocese on the benefits of this. We desperately need new volunteers for this group which is a relatively minor commitment to deliver Reachout twice a year.
- Fabric & Finance group reported that Parish funds have remained stable though significant costs will be incurred as a result of upgrading the heating system and some necessary refurbishments of Parish house which will take place in summer 2025. Father Michael will be meeting with F&F committee to get full understanding of parish accounts.

- Father Michael updated group on his ongoing weekly attendance at St Nicholas.
- No update from Pastoral area since last meeting.
- Thanks expressed to all involved in Father Mackle’s presentation which was a great success.Thanks also expressed to Deacon Tommy for his service to the parish over the years.
