This Sunday is Sea Sunday, when the Church prays for all those who live and work at sea. The second collection will be taken up for Apostleship of the Sea. Evening Pilgrimage to Carfin for St Joseph’s and St Andrew’s – tomorrow Monday, 13th July. Bus will leave at 6.30pm at the Post Office in Milngavie and return at 9.30pm. All are very welcome. The evening will include Rosary Procession, Holy Mass and Benediction. Organised by the Legion of Mary. Next evening pilgrimage will be Thursday, 13th August.
Prisoner Support Programme – The Low Moss Chaplaincy Team is looking for volunteers who are interested in working with prisoners and ex-offenders on their release from jail. Re-decoration of the church and re-carpeting of the sanctuary – Approved Project Status has been granted for this project, the approximate cost of which is £22,000. As an Approved Project, all fund-raising and donations are exempt from the diocesan levy. How about holding or organising a fundraising event to raise money for this parish project?

It’s not a serious photography competition – it’s just a bit of fun! Prizes will go to the quirkiest, boldest, cleverest entries – so go on, get snapping! Entries will be displayed in our September Exhibition in the AGAP Gallery space in St Patrick’s, Anderston and we’ll also display some Online via our website and social media so make sure that you consent to your image being used in this way before you enter.
