House Visits: The Parish Priest is available to deal with enquiries at the Presbytery concerning house visits and arrangements for the sick and housebound to receive Holy Communion at any time.
Holy Water : This can be taken from the container that is in the porch near the entrance to the Church
Car Parking : Please observe the parking arrangements as marked and as indicated by the traffic bollards and also as directed by the Passkeepers. To ensure safety and also access for emergency vehicles, the area immediately in front of the main Church entrance doors and also the ‘tree side’ of the driveway from the Church house garages to the bottom of the driveway is strictly a No Parking zone. The area immediately outside the Church entrance doors is solely for setting down and turning. The area behind the church house is free to use for parking, as well as the bays at the front of the house.
Church Halls Hire : Saint Andrew’s Parish has two halls, an Upper Hall and a Lower Hall. The Upper Hall is the larger one and has a sizeable kitchen and the Lower Hall has some cooking facilities. Both halls are very much in demand and it is therefore advisable to make booking arrangements well in advance. The Hut beside the Presbytery is also available. More information on this link.

Hearing Aids : An induction loop system is fitted in the Church for the benefit of hearing aid users. Hearing aids should be switched to the ‘T’ position.
Nursing & Residential Homes : The following nursing and residential homes are situated within the parish and attended to by Saint Andrew’s Church. Abbotsford House Nursing Home, Buchanan House Nursing Home, Buchanan Lodge Nursing Home, Mugdock Nursing Home, Westerton Nursing Home, Antonine Nursing Home, Canniesburn Care Home, Bearsden Care Home, and Pine Court Home.
