Adoration for Lent: Do come and spend some time each week to be still before God at our Saturday Adoration. If shopping at the cross, or out for a coffee, pop in to St Andrew's for some quiet prayer. Have a heart to heart with God each Saturday during Lent from 10am until 11am , with Confessions throughout. Sunday Confessions will be from 9.15am until 9.45am.
As a parish community, we are looking forward to Primary Three’s celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation (First Confession), on Saturday 25th March between 10 am and 11am. Fr Currie will be assisting with Confessions, which will be at the altar area. Family members are encouraged to take the opportunity, too, for Confession, which is always a good thing to do, especially during Lent.

The statue of St. Michael the Archangel which is making its pilgrim way around parishes in Scotland will be with us from 22nd until 29th March. There will be a chance to pray before the statue, asking the intercession of the holy archangel, and placing our written petitions which will be remembered in the Masses celebrated while the statue is with us.
Washing of the Feet – Volunteers required to have their feet washed at the Mass of the Lord’s Supper 7pm Thurs 6 April. Please enter your name on the sign-up sheet in the porch.
2nd Collection during Lent is taken up to support our sick and retired priests. On 4th Sunday, the collection will be exclusively for SCIAF. Wee boxes available in the porch.

The Befriending Service for adults provides social support by way of chatting: by phone, in groups or with one volunteer. It has social events and a new service for school children.
