"Blessed is he who comes
in the name of the Lord."

Coffee Morning – after 10am Mass, Sunday 27th April. Please come along and join us. Donations of home baking gratefully received. (No nuts please). This month we are raising funds for Epilepsy Action which is the UK’s leading epilepsy organisation. This charity exists to improve the lives of everyone affected by the condition and to support people every step of the way through living with the condition.  Thank you to everyone who came along and supported March’s Coffee Morning at which the sum of £149 was raised for The Andrea Kearney Fund.

Marys meals- Many thanks for all your donations of old mobile phones  and cartridges. We gathered  26 phones and 45 cartridges which will be recycled to provide funds for Mary's meals to feed chronically hungry children in schools  across the world.

Mass Attendance - 5th / 6th April.  Vigil Mass - 148; 10am Mass – 253; 12 noon Mass – 166. Total – 567.  Each week, when the parish is claiming through the Gift Aid Small Donations Scheme, HMRC requires that Mass attendance be recorded.

Thank You from John Paul Academy – “for your extremely generous contribution to our pilgrimage to Rome. You have enabled two of our S6 students to attend this momentous occasion for our school; the canonisation of John Paul II. We would be delighted to visit your parish on our return and share all our experiences and learning.” Pope Francis will declare Blessed John XXIII and John Paul II as saints at a single ceremony on April 27th.
