For your information. This year our gas price will double. In 2022, our bill for Gas was £6,612 and Electricity £2,254. It has been forecast that this year our gas bill will be around £13,200 plus an estimated £3k for electricity. Reason - due to a good deal which the Archdiocese had secured, parishes have not been paying the increased prices for gas that many people have been paying over the last 18 months!! Parishes’ prices are doubling this year from under 3p per kWh to under 6p.
