Ordination - Deacon Frank Trias will be ordained a priest for the Congregation of the Passionists on Saturday, 12th December at 11am Mass in St Mungo’s, Townhead, and celebrate his first Mass here in St Andrew's at 10am on Sunday, 13th December. Keep Frank in your prayers during the course of the coming months as he prepares for Ordination to Priesthood.

Launch of two Bearsden Defibrillators - at the one on the Drymen Hall wall of All Saints' Episcopal Church (opposite M&S) on Tuesday August 4th at 11.00am. Prisoner Support Programme – The Low Moss Chaplaincy Team is looking for volunteers who are interested in working with prisoners and ex-offenders on their release from jail. Next World Youth Day will be from 25 July to 31 July 2016 in Krakow with 2 million young people from all over the world expected to attend. Coordinator required - If anyone would be interested in taking on the role of co-ordinator of Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, for a fixed term of 2 years from September, could they please say to Frank Bonnar or Fr Mackle. It involves drawing up the rota every quarter and sending it out to all by email, and also attending the liturgy group meetings (four times a year).
