First Holy Communion celebrations for our parish community will take place at the 12noon Masses on 15th and 22nd May. Please keep the first communicants in your prayers. First Communicants Thanksgiving Mass - Sunday 5th June at 10am Mass during which all the communicants will be presented with their First Holy Communion certificate, and invited after Mass into the hall with their families for a party.
Passkeepers – Many thanks to Michael Henry and Maureen Henry who have decided to step down from passkeeping after many years of faithful service. We wish them both well for the future.
SVDP charity concert in Woodlands Halls on Friday 27th May. Proceeds from the concert will go to support the work of the Ozanam Centre in Glasgow. Details of both these events are on the noticeboard in the porch.

Bluebell coffee morning / afternoon in St Joseph’s Church Hall, Milngavie, Sat 7th May 10am-2pm. St Joseph’s Justice & Peace Group in partnership with Milngavie Refugee Action Group in aid of the Hope Centre on the Greek island of Lesvos. This one time derelict hotel overlooks beaches onto which the overcrowded boats arrive from Turkey. It is funded entirely by charitable donations and run by international and local volunteer groups who act as “first responders” meeting and greeting at landfall and offering a place of temporary refuge and security. St. Andrew's Carpet Bowls summer outing will be on Thursday, 16 June.
