St Andrew’s: A Fairtrade Parish - Fairtrade seeks to alleviate poverty by seeking to redress the imbalances of the global market, which present such formidable obstacles to small producers. A selection of Fairtrade goods is on offer during our monthly coffee-mornings. Coffee Morning Today: Proceeds to Homeless - Coffee and tea will be served today in the Upper Hall following the 10 am and 12pm Masses. Proceeds will be donated to Scottish Churches Housing Action who work to help the lot of the homeless in Scotland.

Sacrament of Reconciliation – Times for First Confession for Primary Three. During The Season of Lent (10th Feb – 27th March). Saturdays 10.30am – 11.00am; & 5.15pm – 5.45pm; Sundays 9.15 – 9.40am. Family members are encouraged too to take the opportunity to go to the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
Year of Mercy Lenten Reflections – this Thursday 25th Feb at 7pm in the upper hall. Led by Canon Robert Hill. Tea and coffee will be served and there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion afterwards. Part of our parish's Adult Faith Formation programme.
Stations of the Cross – Fridays in Lent at 7pm. Divine Mercy chaplet prayers after daily Mass. Lentfest 2016 events programme available in the porch.
I would like to say a huge thank you for so many Mass and sympathy cards for Ian at this very sad time. We are overwhelmed by the kind words and prayers which have been a great comfort to us. A Mass will be offered for you all.

Parish Cluster Mass Thursday 3rd March 7pm in St Benedict’s - a joint Mass with our neighbouring parishes, St Joseph’s, St Benedict's and St Laurence's. This will give us all an opportunity to start to build relationships by praying and socialising together. After Mass, there will be a chance to meet parishioners in Oliver's function suite, Drumchapel Road. If transport would be helpful or if you can offer transport, please put your name on the sign up sheet in the porch. Please note that there will be no 10am Mass in St Andrew's on the 3rd March. Please do come along to this first Parish clustering Mass during the Year of Mercy.
