Parish 50th Anniversary Celebrations - To help us celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of our Parish, we’d like to gather photos of parish life over the past 50 years for possible inclusion in a 50th Jubilee calendar. If you have photographs of any aspect of our liturgical, pastoral or social life as a Parish such as celebration of the Sacraments, Parish Pilgrimages or social occasions, please share. This includes any personal celebrations of sacraments such as First Communion, weddings etc. You can do this in one of two ways. Either hand in photographs to the parish house or sacristy or send by e-mail to by 29th August. If you’d like any photographs returned, please just put these in an envelope with your name and address and we will have photographs copied and returned to you.

Washing of the Feet – Volunteers required to have their feet washed at the Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 7.30pm on Holy Thursday, 13th April. An appeal for archive material - Scottish Catholic Education Service would welcome any archive material you might have regarding history of Catholic education in Scotland over the years ie. interesting stories and photographs. As this event involves quite a bit of preparation we need to gauge how much support it will have from Parishioners before confirming that it will definitely go ahead. New Gift Aid Envelopes - 2017/2018 - Parishioners who use the Envelope system for Gift Aided donations please pick up your new book from the table at the back of the Church. St Andrew’s Parish Groups - Accounts - Annual Return 2016/2017 It’s that time of year again when the Archdiocese require an account covering all Parish activities for the year 01 April 2016 to 31 March 2017. In compiling the Parish return I require the following information from each Group Leader/Treasurer, viz:- 1. Name of Group/Activity; office holder name and contact telephone number. 2. A copy of your Group accounts for the period 01 April 2016 to 31 March 2017 inclusive. (Income/Expenditure accounts will suffice) 3 Sight of the group bank book/statements for the same period together with any comment you deem relevant to the group finances.
