New; Youth Ministry (if you would like to be part of a Youth Ministry team, please sign up – we’re looking for parents and grandparents to help); Transport to Mass, (would be good to start this up again to help parishioners who have absolutely no-one at all to take them to Mass); Bereavement support (we envisage that this would be done in pairs visiting the bereaved in their own homes); Social activities group ( we’re looking to form a team whose responsibility would be to organise new and coordinate existing social events and activities).
Existing; St Vincent de Paul, Piety stall, Legion of Mary and Justice and Peace to name just some. All existing groups are always looking for new people to join. Also, we urgently require the skills of a bookkeeper. Please consider, and if you can help, sign up. Without your help we cannot take everything forward.

The Year of Mercy – 8 December 2015 – 20 November 2016. Google Pope’s letter “Misericordiae Vultus” for the YoM. The letter itself does not take long to read. Pope Francis writes: “With the Jubilee of Mercy I would like to focus on several points which I believe require attention to enable the celebration of the Holy Year to be for all believers a true moment of encounter with the mercy of God. It is indeed my wish that the Jubilee be a living experience of the closeness of the Father, whose tenderness is almost tangible, so that the faith of every believer may be strengthened and thus testimony to it be ever more effective.”
