A Passover Meal is planned for Wed 23rd March at 7:30pm in the Upper Hall. Sacrament of Reconciliation – Times for First Confession for Primary Three. During The Season of Lent up until 27th March. Saturdays 10.30am – 11.00am; & 5.15pm – 5.45pm; Sundays 9.15 – 9.40am. Family members are encouraged too to take the opportunity to go to the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

Of your charity, please pray for the repose of the soul of Ian Neilson who died in the Bellgrove Hotel, Gallowgate, Glasgow, which is visited by the Parish Soup Run. His funeral will take place at the 12.30 pm Mass in St. Simon's, Partick Cross, tomorrow, Monday, 7th of March and afterwards to Dalbeth Cemetery.
Big Clean for Easter: In preparation for Easter, the Church will be cleaned on Wed 23rd March after 10am Mass. We are looking for as many volunteers as possible please (men as well as women) to come along and help with this essential task.
SCIAF aims to help the world’s poorest and most vulnerable people. Wee Box appeal will be doubled by the Government if paid before 4th May. Wee boxes and gift-aid envelopes can be collected in the porch. Today’s 2nd collection is for SCIAF.
St. Andrew`s Parish is recruiting for the Young Musicians Group who sing and play at the Saturday evening vigil Mass once a month. Safeguarding Training for New Volunteers Monday 21st March at 7-9pm in St Margaret’s Hall, Sinclair St, Clydebank G81 1AE. Who should attend? Parish Volunteers who work with children and/or vulnerable adults and who have not previously attended relevant Safeguarding training provided by the Catholic Church Aims of the training - To introduce Parish Volunteers to: The concept of Safeguarding and its implications in a church context; The responsibilities of the Parish Volunteer and the Parish Safeguarding Co-ordinator; A basic understanding of recognising, responding and reporting abuse/concerns; Practical provisions for working safely with children/adults at risk.
