Hope all's well.
In light of this evening's First Minister's announcement, I'm pleased to announce that our five Christmas Masses can still go ahead as planned, with a maximum capacity of 50 in the church at each Mass, and with the use of both our halls.
Please note that these most recent restrictions allow people to meet in bubbles only on Christmas Day itself, so for our two Christmas Vigils, people cannot sit in bubbles and must sit in their usual household groups. On Christmas Day, people can sit in their bubbles in church and in the halls, but all the advice is that it is safer if people sit in their usual household groups.
From and including 26th December, all the parishes of the Archdiocese will be in Tier 4, initially for three weeks.
The maximum number at Mass in tier 4 will be 20. Funerals, baptisms, weddings will also have a of limit of 20.
Just as in our recent tier 4 lockdown, I would urge you, please, to stay in and stay safe.
During these three weeks, attend on your device at home, our Sunday and weekday 10:00 a.m. live streamed Mass, and make a spiritual communion.
