St Andrew’s Looking Forward & Planning Ahead

Due to the exceptional circumstances that continue, it still wouldn't be appropriate to resume Parish Pastoral Council meetings. 

The parish's Planning Ahead Group, which has been meeting regularly over the past year, met via zoom last week.  

Among the items discussed were 

• Ash Wednesday & Lent
• Easter card & messengers
• Easter music video
• Instagram (page now created)
• Public notices re live streaming 
• Updated information leaflet when public Masses resume.  

You will hear more about these in the weeks and months ahead.

Also, preparations and arrangements are well under way for P3 & P4's celebration of the Sacraments. These celebrations, along with P7's & S1's Confirmations, are subject very much to loosening of current restrictions. 

The parish is working on online catechetical material for P3 parents and children.  

The Youth Ministry Team's thinking caps are on.   Zoom meeting     2/2/21

Next Planning Ahead zoom meeting will be on 11th February.
